About Us

Our goal at The Sassy Spa Party is to make girls feel wonderful about themselves in a safe, relaxing, and luxurious environment surrounded by friends and family, because real beauty begins on the inside!

By doing so, we can help you create the most memorable party for your daughter, niece, friend, or whoever you are planning for. Let us help you save time planning yet again, another birthday party – because who has time for that! You can host the perfect party in your home, or any location you’d like, without having all the stress of party planning. We even offer coordinated invitations; even less worry for you!

We offer a variety of packages to choose from. If you don’t see one that tickles your fancy, contact us and we can help you create a customized party! Just let us know the details. We can also work with you on specific color combinations (as requested).

As a mother myself, I understand how much time and effort goes into planning a party. We all want each birthday, or event, to be as special as the last for our little ones.

Deposits / Reservations

Parties are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Contact us using the contact form to check availability and book your party. At this time, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date which can be paid via PayPal (there is a 2.9% processing fee). If you prefer to pay by Check, Cash, or money order. Please fill out the Request More Informaion form or contact us at 419-250-5200. We will place a temporary hold on your date for three (3) days.

  • Pampered & Polished - $75.00 deposit
  • Glitzy & Glamorous - $75.00 deposit
  • Mini & Marvelous - $100 deposit (paid in full at time of booking)

Final Payment

There are 2 options for final payment. Option #1 is due when I arrive to set-up and must be made in cash or money order. Option #2 can be made via PayPal, however; payment must be processed at least two (2) days before the scheduled event. All final payments made with PayPal will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee. PayPal and checks will not be accepted on the day of the event.


There is a $25 fee for any check that is returned to us

Client Obligations

  • Provide a safe and clean area for dress-up, and all activities.
  • Provide access to running water.
  • Provide access to an electrical outlet
  • Remain with/near the party at all times.
  • Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay.
  • Provide a smoke-free environment.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your party for any reason, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party within 4 weeks from the originally scheduled event (based upon availability). If we are unable to reschulede or you prefer to cancel our services for any reason, we are unable to refund your deposit. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.

Final HeadCount

A final headcount is due 3 days before the scheduled event. Your final invoice will be based on this number.

Travel Fee

Travel fee- There is no travel fee for any address within 20 miles of 43612, (Toledo,Ohio). The following mileage fee applies for distances greater than 20 miles: $20 for party locations 20-29 miles from 43612; $35 for party locations 30-29 miles from 4612. Please call or fill out a request form if you party is greater than 40 miles from 43612. MapQuest will be used to determine mileage.


With permission, The Sassy Spa Party may use pictures from our parties for promotional purposes on printed material as well as our website and/or Facebook page. Each parent must sign a photo release form whether they consent to us using any photos of their child or not. Each child needs to bring their signed copy to the party with them.

**The Sassy Spa Party assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated in the most respectable manner.

**The Sassy Spa Party is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.

**The Sassy Spa Party staff are not licensed cosmetologists. Our parties are for entertainment purposes only. No nail clipping or filing may be preformed for this reason. However, please note that we do follow sanitary procedures.


At the courtesy of you party hostess and guests, please remove large pets from the party area, prior to our arrival

If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child?

Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the party.

Maximum Attendance

Maximum Attendance: Maximum attendance is twelve (8).


Invitations are mailed to you in bulk three weeks prior to your party date. You may then mail them or hand deliver them at school. If you'd like us to mail your invitations to your guests, an additional fee of .75 cents per invitation will apply.

Arriving & Departure Times:

I suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance.

Party Times:

Parties time vary depending on the package selection and age of the children. I will arrive approximately 15-20 minutes before the schedule party time to set up and will require 15-20 minutes breakdown time after the party.

Location of Party:

Parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. Some of our families choose to have their event at their own residence while others book a hotel suite or other venue for the event. We are a full service MOBILE spa for girls and we will travel to you to make your little girl's spa dreams come true!

Space Requirements

It is our goal to turn your home or preferred venue into a magnificent girly spa! Therefore, in order to ensure you have the absolute best experience we recommend adequate space for our spa "stations" and guests at your party. Please let us know when booking your party how much space will be available and we will tailor your spa experience to meet your needs.


Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.

What happens if a guest arrives late?

Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.

Can parents of the guests stay for the party?

This is a high-energy party with make-up, dress-up, photo taking, crafts, and lots of movement. If there is ample room without interference we welcome an audience.

Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavior problem, or do not want to participate?

Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests.The Sassy Spa staff are responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in a constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.

Can siblings of the guests stay?

Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to use any equipment.

How do I reserve a party?

To book a party please contact us or check our Calendar to confirm date and time availability. Once your date and time has been confirmed, please visit our Reserve A Party page to submit your party information and to pay your deposit. We can also take reservations over the phone and via email.

Please remember: Final payment of the balance must be paid in cash and is due on the day of your party prior to the start of the party. Or 2 days before the party if paying by Paypal or check.
